Extremely successful Hong Kong actor and action choreographer, Donnie Yen, has an estimated net worth of $40 million. Yen is also a martial artist, film director, producer, and multi-time world Wushu tournament champion. Yen is considered to be one of Hong Kong’s top action starts and one of the most popular film starts in Asia. In 2009, he was one of the highest paid actors in Asia. He is best known for his role as Yip Man, the Wing Chun grand-master of Bruce Lee. He received the Best Actor Award for Ip Man, Ip Man 2, and Ip Man 3, which all three films were successful box office hits.
Yen is widely credited for bringing mixed martial arts (MMA) into the mainstream of Chinese culture, by choreographing MMA in many of his films.
